VELCRO® Brand MVA-8 Hook (PS14) 25mm Black 25m

VELCRO® Brand Hook MVA-8 fasteners are only manufactured in 25mm widths and are a high profile molded polypropylene T-shaped hook for heavy duty applications. MVA-8 fasteners are used in car headliners, boat seats, tent manufacture, floor mats and a variety of other uses.

This hook works best with the Loop 1000.

The VELCRO® Brand MVA-8 Hook is available in two styles:

The Sew-On MVA-8 is a strong, high profile molded polypropylene hook fastener. This product is ideal in outdoor conditions as the plastic is mold and UV resistant. This product is used in applications where a stronger bond between hook and loop is required, but still maintains a short cycle life.

VELCRO® Brand MVA-8 with acrylic adhesive backing is the same product as the sew-on version, but with an easy to apply industrial strength adhesive. The Acrylic Adhesive works best on substrates such as: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Painted Metal, Glass, and Rigid Plastics. VELCRO® Brand MVA-8 is ideal for automotive or marine applications. Surface must be cleaned, preferably with a solvent, and dry before bonding. For best results, bonding is recommended at room temperature, 20 C to 30 C.
