Terms and Conditions: Christmas in July Competition
Eligibility:
The Christmas in July Competition (“Competition”) is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Participants must have a valid proof of purchase from RT6 dated between April 2024 and the date of submission to be eligible for entry.
Employees of RT6 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
How to Enter:
To enter the Competition, participants must locate and screenshot three hidden icons on the RT6 website (www.rt6.co.za).
Participants must then email their screenshots, along with a valid proof of purchase, to info@rt6.co.za before the competition deadline of July 25, 2024.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Prizes:
The first prize winner will receive a Brother DCPT820DW Printer.
The second prize winner will receive a Brady M210 Label Printer.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received.
The draw will be conducted within seven days of the competition deadline.
Winners will be notified via email and announced on the RT6 website and social media channels on July 31, 2024.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the draw or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By entering the Competition, participants agree to RT6’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
RT6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
RT6 is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Competition.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RT6, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.
Governing Law:
The Competition is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
